Ladies, do we love colored mascara? I can’t decide. I always thought they never had enough ink – or enough oomph – in them to really make a difference, let alone a statement. But now brands like Benefit (benefitcosmetics.com) are coming out with colored versions of their big time wands, like Bad Gal.
