Hey Ladies,

Water, Water and More Water….. It will clean you from the inside out… I take vitamin supplements, fish oils (i know), eat lots of garlic and onions.. and I tell you, I got to the steam room at least twice a week, yeap even in the summer.. I also work out for two hours on Tuesdays and two hours on thursday non-stop..

and again drink lots of water… : ))))

I heard the same theory about fruit since it contains fructose, a natural sugar. I also heard that drinking lots of water is good as well since it cleanses you out. Haha but just for good measures I do all bathroom business before I shower and soak for a couple minutes in a rosewater bath.

I guess I can say the same as the other chicas.

Just keep it short and clean is the only way to go. one of my girlfriends keeps a babywipe in saranwrap in her wallet, kind of like a guy a codom. in case of anything she can run into a restroom and freshen up.

I dont keep it in my wallet but I have a baggie of baby wipes in my purse for other things, but I know I could use it for that too.

LMAO…this is so funny because just the other day a girlfriend of mine and I were in the car talking about this. She said that the guy she is dating now told her that she tasted sooo good. I was like how is that possible I thought your special areas usually taste kinda funny. Well I know I am totally grossed out by the taste of it and to be honest I am surprised that gay men actually eat fruit to make it taste better. I do know that eating a lot of fatty fluids will make it much more stinkier for a female. I always said to my girlfriends “pues lavatelo”!! I love EVE spray they have several different smells and honestly even when you sweat you still feel fresh and smile pretty nice. I have had not complaints from my husband. I also know that when I dont trim and let it grow out it tends to smell kinda like armpits! So I always trim now.

OMG that sounds really mortifying! I think drinking lots of water would help down there. I’ve never really had this problem. I’m not a fan of the sprays and stuff because of fear of yeast infections. Then you’re really in a stink!

I figure if we can wipe around our eyes with them (cucumber face wipes) to remove makeup, they have to be sensitive enough for our va-jay-jays!

Cucumber face wipes? Aren’t our yoni’s too sensitive for this? Wow…interesting tips. I also agree about keeping your hair trimmed down there — think about guys with big ol’ long beards…I actually dated a guy with a big beard and he used to get paint and weird stuff in there.

For as long as I can remember I use feminine deodarant sprays (FDS & Summer’s Eve) and I’ve never had any complaints. Wipes and trimming helps alot as well.

Once a month I get a bikini wax and right before I’m gunna get busy I run to the bathroom and wipe down there either with a warm washcloth or cucumber face wipes. So far so good.
