Secret Skin Envy
I know a chica whose skin shines in the most beautiful, dewy, youthful way. Everyday her face is fresh and shiny, and her cheeks glow radiantly. (Lucky beyotch.) When my face shines, it’s not in that cute way; it’s in the ‘can’t-you-bother-to-wash-your-face?’ way. Well, I have a secret weapon now. I just got my hands on Tarte’s T-Zone Travel ($32, tartecosmetics.com). It’s the cutest little booklet with a matifying powder and brush inside, along with tiny-sized blotting sheets. Pack it in your purses ladies–it’s da bomb.

Hi Hali,
It does, but here’s the deal: the product comes with both a matifying powder and blotting papers. The papers absorb oils from skin, regardless of its tone. The powder is white, and appears translucent on lighter skin tones; on darker skin tones, it can leave a bit of a white residue, but it can easily be blended in with the accompanying brush.
Thanks for reading!

Make sure you use a good cleanser in the morning and evening. Also try not us products that are not for oily skin.
also a trick of the trade- If you are out for the evening and you start feeling a little oily. Go to the restroom and pull the toilet seat cover. You can use the seat cover as blotting paper…it is made from the same as the cosmetic blotting sheets.
